A public hearing regarding the Town of Fremont, a North Carolina Public Body, is hereby called to be held on the 11th day of September, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Town Hall located at 120 E. Main Street. The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comments regarding the Town’s proposal to obtain a loan and grant assistance from USDA, Rural Development for the purchase of two police cars. If the loan is approved, the collateral for securing of the loan will be an Installment Purchase Agreement.
